How do I start using the system?
A.
There is one admin user for every organization in the system. You need to contact the admin for your
organization. He/she will be able to create the account for you using your mobile number.
Q.
What is the password for my account?
A.
Each time you want to login to the system, you need to go to the login page, enter your mobile number and
request an OTP. Subsequently, you will get a 6 digit numeric code on your mobile number as SMS, which you
can use as your password for login. The OTP will stay valid for 2 minutes.
Q.
How can I see the location of a suspect?
A.
First you need to visit the suspects page. Then you have to enter the mobile number and name of the relevant
suspect. Since the system has to go through billions of Non Personally Identifiable records, there is a
cooling period of 1 day before you can start seeing the location of the relevant suspect.
Q.
How will the location be shown to me?
A.
The system plots the location of a certain suspect on google map. You can also play the 3 month history of a
certain suspect, system will them automatically play the 3 month history of that user on the map.
Q.
How many locations can I see for a suspect per day?
A.
It totally depends on how many signals the system is able to capture for the relevant suspect. In some cases,
there would be 2-3 signals for a suspect per day, while in some other cases, there would be 15-20 signals for
the suspect per day.

Can I see the history of movement for a suspect?
A.
Yes, you can see the 3 month history of movement of a certain suspect.
Q.
Can I give names to the suspects?
A.
Yes, you can assign a name to a certain suspect, at the time when you are adding the suspect to the system on
the suspects page. You can also change the name of a certain suspect at any time by going to the suspects page.
Q.
What is a blacklist? How do I use that?
A.
The blacklist is a list of mobile number of VIPs and VVIPs that the system does not locate. You cannnot ever
see the blacklist. Only the admin user can add a new number to the blacklist.
